1. When you place the order, we confirm the documents you need and the information of forwarder.
2. When the first bulk goods was finished, we will send you the photos for you to confirm.
3. We will re-confirm the volume, weight and the container quantity.
4. Ten days before the shipment inform customer the delivery time. (We could provide the self-inspection report, also the third party inspection is also available).
5. We will send you the shipping advice at our first time after the goods shipped out.
6. After the ship sails, we will make all the documents for you to handle customs clearance, and confirm with you by e-mail.
7. Before the ship arrived at the destination, we will inform you 7 days in advance.
